General Announcements
Crosswalk: Please be cautious when crossing Henderson Hwy. at the crosswalk. Use the crosswalk light and be sure to wait until all traffic has stopped before crossing. Please assist younger students who are not familiar with, or are nervous about using the crosswalk.
Photo Day: Monday, Sept. 20th is photo day. All students must have their photo taken, but are not obligated to purchase them. If you wish to purchase photos, you must bring your “COMPLETED” form along with the money inside the envelope. You must have the envelope with you, as the envelope and money are handed directly to the photographer at the time the picture is taken. The offices are unable to make change, so please put the exact amount of cash into the envelope. If you are writing a cheque, please make it payable to Lifetouch Photography. (Retake photos will be on October 19th for those who miss having their photo taken the first time, or have had problems with their photo).
Driver's Education registration will take place on Thursday Sept. 9th at noon in the High School office. Classes begin on Tuesday Sept. 14th and will be complete on Thursday Oct. 7th. Classes will be held Monday thru Friday from 3:30 - 5:45 and you must turn 16 before March 17, 2011.
Fundraising Opportunities
Entertainment and Show and Save Books: If you would like to fundraise, this is a great way to do it. If you are interested in selling the books, they will be available shortly. Please watch the TV screens for available dates to pick up the books to sell.

Grade 9 girls volleyball information meeting will take place at 12:00 on Thursday Sept. 9th in room 7107 (Mr. Klassen's room). First practice/tryout will take place Thursday Sept. 9th.
