I serve as the Guidance Counsellor for the middle school and high school students here at MBCI. I am part of the Student Services team comprised of a Resource Teacher, Learning Assistant, International Student Program Director, and Campus Pastor. I see my role as being a support to students academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. My goal is to provide a safe and secure environment where students are free to express their concerns. I provide assistance where I am able or, if necessary, make a referral to an outside agency.

For the senior high school students, I provide career education, scholarship and post-secondary information to assist them in their career decision-making. While I do not perform routine career aptitude testing, we have access to a program that can provide that service for your student. I also have catalogues on hand from universities and colleges that students can use to find out more about a particular institution. Since colleges and universities have comprehensive websites, students can access this information at their convenience.
